My EFC is 3200… roughly. Will I receive enough financial aid(grants, loans, etc) to cover this?

Also, will it be less if I were to file as independent? I called FAFSA and they said I qualify because I’ve been living on my own for roughly 4 years but that I had to ask the exact school I planned to go to. I’ll have to see Monday. Much information is needed. Thank you.

That all depends of the cost of education at the school. For ex. if the school costs 3200 then no you will not receive need based aid but you could still receive other aid not tied to need.

I think you’ll get enough…3200 is not too much and now college tuitions are rediculously high. They’ll try to aid you as much as they can, sometimes even more than the total costs of your tuition and fees

Do you work? If you do work, it depends on how much your income is. The result may be more than 3200 or less…it really depends…

GOOD LUCK!
