Is it worth the expense for an older adult, over 55, to return to college and get a degree?
I am currently unemployed because of a disability, but I have unable to get any disability benefits. I do have some college credits, but they are not in the field that I would like to pursue. And last but not least, my husband and I do not have anything to speak of saved for any kind of retirement.

I think It definatly would be, you get to gain more knowledge.

You can get grants at any age..bursaries…you have to check out each college and see what they offer..also the State you are in. Good luck
