I wish!!! I have lived in California for my life and have to pay for college! Even my husband who is a professor has to pay to take classes.

Don’t we all wish this were true? Sadly, it is not in any way true. If you live in California as a permanent resident for a year you pay in-state tuition at public universities, which is less than out-of-state tuition, but which certainly is not free!

Uh, that dosn’t make any experience in any respect. perhaps in case you have been airborne dirt and dirt broke (and additionally you could’t stay in california airborne dirt and dirt broke), then the state would pay so you might circulate to community college (basically 2 years worth). probability is narrow you will survive broke (except your being worthwhile under the table)

Its not free, but is drastically less once you’ve been a resident for a year.

you get in state rates, they are substantially lower, out of state you pay like an extra $15,000 per year
