How do you know how much money you will get from finacial aid?
Can you figure it out by the contribution they expect your family to make cause mine was like 4000. I just want to know if Im getting any money.

Cost of college tuition + books + room & board -$4000 would be the MAX. Not necessarily what is available.
Subtract from that work study ($500???) and a federal student loan and that is the maximum in grants that is allowed.
Again, the maximum is not always available.
