I don’t know what question everyone else answered but I think the answer to your question is about 1100 a month. I go 3/4 time and I get 825 a month. You can get a student loan or not it does not matter as far as the gi bill goes. All you have to do is talk to the va at the school and talk with your regional va office.Keep a good grade in school and the money will come every month straight to your bank. Thats it.

I used to work for a student loan service center and from what I recall, you are still required to apply for financial aid and obtain a Stafford loan. What the government does is pay a portion of the loan once school is complete. Your FAO should have all this information.

I hope over the years the amount paid has increased.

Thank you for serving our country and good luck with school.

WHY NOT? They put their lives at stake everytime they go out into the field! I’m not a “patriot” but I’m of this thought: THEY were forced to go into a war that SOMEONE else started, and still made it back alive. They SHOULD be eligible for anything that veterans are entitled to! Especially those of the draft era… those people were actually put into a slave catagory in my eyes, even if they do get paid!!! Plus, the government uses them for their own purposed to experiment their dusts and drugs on!!!!

THE VETS DESERVE ALL THE RESPECT WE CAN GIVE THEM!!!!!
