How can I write….?!?
I need to get companies from around my school to donate money for our 8th grade class trip. I’ve already said that they get alot of business from the kids at our school and that we’re just hoping they’ll help us make it special.
What else can I say?!

Tell them that a consequence of sponsoring is even MORE business in the future because people want to support businesses that will support their community’s well-being.

If anyone writes & submits an article for the local or school newspaper about the trip also thank the sponsors by name.
