“how can i get more money for college?”

ur question header and background story should relate to ur question.

also, u shouldn’t feel bad.

to answer ur question, u should apply for a job (duh) or more specifically you should appl for internship.

I thought a 4.0 is the highest obtainable GPA

I had all A’s and A+s, including 8 AP classes, and I only got one scholarship (which I wouldn’t have gotten if I had not applied to a less selective school, sicne it was from a less selective school).

I don’t know how you go about getting more money for college except for working while at school and during the summer. At this point, most of the scholarship money has been given out.

Don’t be disappointed about the fact that you worked so hard. At least the work prepared you to do well at college.

Get a job. Apply for scholarships from local civic organizations. The library has books on all the money available for college so check it out and start applying.

what BS!

my brother had a 4.5 and didn’t get any scholarship.

It’s okay though, you’ll just have to do like the rest of us and have a whole feast of student loans after you graduate college. It’s okay, you are obviously pretty smart and will probably make enough money to get by.

You could contact your financial aid office about private scholarships.

a 4.12 GPA and no scholarships? Geez, you would think they would be lining up outside your door. Send your applications to some other schools that would appreciate your fine mind.

i feel the same!!! =( i did excellent my senior year but i didn’t get any scholarships =(.

but as to your question……you can apply for scholarships any time, you should do so every year. try —-> www.fastweb.com if you haven’t done so already. or ask the college you are going to be attending and get information about scholarship through them. … good luck 😉
