Yes, most hospitals will offer loan repayment in exchange for a given time commitment. Some of the hospitals are in rural locales, but you get good patient exposure. Also the military offers the same incentive. Once you get your RN or right before you take the boards you can get a recruiter and tell him what you want, with the current demand I am sure you can find a variety of opportunities throughout the US, especially if you are willing to work in rural locations. You can also get moving expenses and such.

Do you mean RN as a Registered Nurse? Of couse they can pay off their student loans. Nurses is one of the biggest groups of people that make good money and I mean a lot of money.

i didnt have student loans…my parents paid for everything but i do believe that any RN can pay off their student loan, is that what u mean?
