Graduate students can apply for low interest loans from the federal government by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid . The application can be completed on line at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. You should also check with the school on scholarship, GA and TA options. Most one year credential programs are not eligible for aid programs from the US government, but it does depend on how the school classifies the program. Check with the school to see if it is an eligible program of student, and if so, you can complete the application at the same website given earlier.
