WHY DO PEOPLE TYPE IN ALL CAPs?
Why do people when asking questions, type “LIKE THIS” and why does it seem that those people are associated with the people who spell “lik ths n stff n thy dnt kar wht they spll lik” .. If there’s anyone out there who does, can you explain?
I can understand why people don’t use spell-check — it hardly EVER works. At least, on my computer.

Some people can’t see clearly and prefer caps so that they can see bigger letters. Others want to emphasise what they are writing.
In any case, it is considered similar to shouting and is not encouraged.
Spell check works but many people make simple mistakes and don’t bother to take the extra effort to correct them. I don’t use a spell-check.

I know that in handwriting analysis continuous capitals are usually a sign of an arrogant showy person, perhaps its the same with typing?

Someone once told me they felt like they were being yelled at when someone sent them something typed in all caps. Maybe the sender is yelling at us.
