I would say A. simply because the convention has become NOT to double a final ‘s’ of a name to make it possessive (like in C., where the final ‘s’ in Jesus is not doubled).

They are all correct. A and C demonstrate two opposing conventions, however: one maintains that the “s” is used with words ending in “s,” while the other style truncates the possessive “s” with such words. To be completely correct, one should adhere to one standard or the other, rather than mixing them.
