C is correct.

B should have a comma in place of the semi-colon.

D should have the ; removed

A should have the “and;” removed.

This is a subjective matter. If punctuation renders the same experience to the eye as it does the inner ear, it is fine. In my opinion:

A is the best of the four.

B should be a comma.

C could be a colon.

D is the worst. I see no need for any punctuation at all.
