Both are correct. Colour is mostly used with the British and Color is mostly used for Americans.

You can use either one. Color is the first spelling listed in American dictionaries, which means it’s used more widely than colour. (In fact my little dictionary doesn’t list colour at all)
Colour is probably the first spelling in a British dictionary, but I can’t say for sure, not having one handy.

Depend where you are in the world. In Canada it is spelled colour and in the US it is spelled color

Both – it depends on where you are located. However, if you, for instance, taking the GRE in the US, you definately want to use “colors” vs. “colours.” Just an FYI. 🙂
