Where can i find English Greek-Mythology words?
I have to do the chart i am doing it but i need help.
The directions are Create a chart showing words in our vocabulary which have come from Greek Mythology . My teacher said google it . I did but it did no good because i dont know what the heck i am doing. So please help!!!!

If you aren’t comfortable with Google, you might get hold of a crossword dictionary.The advantage is that they group words by category, so it’s particularly useful when you aren’t sure of the spelling.

“Venereal” comes from the name of Venus, goddess of love. “Martial” from Mars, god of war. “Saturnine” from Saturn, father of Jupiter. “Jovial” from Jove, another name for Jupiter But these are Latin (Roman) names. Greek… let me think… “Hermaphrodite” comes from the story of the child of Hermes and Aphrodite, who was born both male and female. That’s all I’ve got for you. I’m sadly Latin educated, and had only one semester of Greek. 🙁 Hope some of it helped, though.
