99 was the agent in “Get Smart”, she was Get Smarts side kick. So if you have a great suggestion or the correct answer to a question or solution then the other person would say Good thinking, Good idea 99 or your name, its a positive happy way of using words when necessary.

I think it is from the T.V. show “Get Smart”.

His partner was know only as Agent 99, or 99 for short.

Max Smart was an “idiot” character, so she was always pointing out obvious things or solutions to him and that was his reply to her: “Good thinking, 99”

Would you believe—- Maxwell Smart was praising his beautiful partner in “Get Smart” ?

99 was the code name given to his partner in the 60’s T.V. show.

Jehovah’s Witnesses “call upon” or “invoke” the name of Jesus in every prayer, private or public. As the Lord Jesus Christ himself directed, we pray to the Father (Matthew 6:9) in Jesus’ name (John 15:16) We recognize the Lord Jesus Christ as our God-appointed Savior and the one through whom we must come to the Father. (John 14:16) But it is to the Father that we come. Jesus is the Way, but Jehovah is the Destination. Like the apostle Paul, we “bend our knees to the Father,” Who is God. (Ephesians 3:14) Jesus is not God and never told anyone to pray to him. The earliest Christians who had known Christ personally before his death addressed him and asked him many things, but they did not pray to Jesus. No doubt when Jesus was resurrected, for a while they still related to him as the friend and teacher they had known previously in the flesh, and spoke as if he were still with them. Stephen’s asking the Lord to receive his spirit is an example of this. But beyond those earliest days shortly after the resurrection, there are no examples in the Bible of Christians invoking Christ in such a way, or as a matter of prayer. Revelation 5:13, 14 says nothing about worshipping Jesus. Verse 12 says that the Lamb is worthy ” to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!” There is no mention of “worship.” Verse 14 does mention worship, but it does not mention Jesus. If Christians were to pray to Jesus, we would see this practice mentioned throughout the New Testament. It’s not there. Because they didn’t.

Acts 9:14, Acts 22:16 can be answered by this verse in John 16:23 the words of God’s Son Jesus Christ :”And in that day you will ask me no question at all. Most truly I say to you, if you ask the Father for anything he will git it to you in my name.” Really, the Jews who lived after Jesus ministry, death and resurrection did not hate Jehovah God. But, they hated God’s son Jesus Christ. Many times during Jesus earthly ministry the Jews said they were Abraham’s seed. Jesus told them I know you are Abraham’s offspring but you are seeking to kill me”; John 8:37. Therefore, calling, or using Jesus name when doing Jehovah’s will could have cost a Christian his life; book of Acts. Acts 9:14 says the Chief Priest had authority to put into bonds anybody calling on your (Jesus ) name. Today, as in the 1st century, Christians use the name of Jesus Christ. Yet, Like Christ, Christians worship Jehovah God, and pray to Jehovah God in Jesus name, as God’s son Jesus Christ said it should be. Using Jesus name shows we understand Jesus role in God’s universal Sovereignty, and unites true Christians in faith, and it gives them the strength to preach the good news of God’s kingdom in all the earth. Have a nice day.
