Yes. Gluttony is a specific kind of greed, applying to the desire for food. Greed is a more general word that means an obsessive desire for something. Usually it is used to mean the desire for money, but one can be greedy for food, sex, power, fame or other desirables.

To the Person asking and anyone looking at this for the answer know that mr.perfesser is wrong as you can Greed for food and be a Glutton on wealth.

The definition of greed is “selfish and excessive desire for more of something (Typically money) than is needed.” Notice the parts of the definition. “Selfish” shows a self-centered lack of concern for the needs of others.
Gluttony is over-indulgence in things. While it is commonly used with regard to food, it can be over-indulgence in anything.

These two sins go hand in hand and if you have one you normal have the other.
