Gonna is the lazy way people speak these days. If you wish to speak correctly, then use the pronunciation “going to” .

The correct pronunciation is going to. If you want to appear to be lazy in your language skills, then say “gonna”. Gonna is in common usage, but if speaking well is important to you, you should limit your usage of it.

You had to ask the question by saying ‘going to’ so people knew what you were talking about to answer – there lies your answer

PS: Gon’na isn’t even a slang word the ‘ sign is supposed to represent missing letters, not just to be thrown in the middle of any word you feel like making up

Going to is correct. Gon’na is not really good to use except in casual conversation of course.

It all depends. If you threaten someone, you would say, “I’m gonna punch you in the face”! But in a departing sentence you would say, ” I’m going to go now.” Is all of this clear?
