What is the word used to describe a line of type that consists of only one word?

I thought it was widow, but realized that a widow is a last line of a paragraph at the top of a new page. So what is the word for a break that puts one word on a line by itself?

A single word or part of a word at the end of a paragraph is called an “orphan.”

There are widows and orphans. One is at the end of a page, one is at the top of page. If you use Microsoft word, it normally keeps this from happening. It’ not just one word though. It prevents the program from leaving one line of a paragraph alone either at the top or bottom of a page. That is not accepted in business correspondence.
