What is the right term for a successful negotiation leaded to a deal?

hello,

What we describe a deal that is about to start between two parties after a period of negotiation and now they are ready to sign contracts and proceed.

Do we say” deal is closed”, “deal is finished” or “Deal is done” or what?

For our union the terms:

“Negotiations have ended and a new contract has been agreed upon.”

You could replace the term contract with deal.

The deal is closed after successful negotiations.

closed, closure. Especially house sales or complicated purchases, corporate buy-outs. But if it’s just a hand shake kind of personal deal, saying “the deal is done.” is fine by me.
