Still water runs deep means that you have ‘sense’, a deep thinker.. this could also mean, that whatever you have less in talking, the more you have in mind.

“Silence is golden” – it means to keep quiet if you have nothing good to say. Better safe than be sorry for blurting out something that would hurt.

“Still waters run deep” – Don’t presume anything about anybody. Just like a still water, you wouldn’t know by looking at its stillness how deep it would be. So it applies to human as well for example just because someone is ‘good’ it doesn’t mean that their intentions are always ‘good’. Or just because someone is quiet all the time it doesn’t mean they are not knowledgabl and the likes.

Still water runs deep.” I believe this statement acts as an analogy to substantiate and state that underneath the colossal stereotype and belief that Scorpios are malicious, they possess deep sincerity, and have the capacity to incur change and genuine impact towards others. Silence is golden. Still water run deep refers to the large impact Scorpios have on society. For instance, they are natural leaders and have the will power to guide and persuade others to follow them based on their wisdom, outlook on life, and nebulence or strength, they physically permeate to bring about change. Silence is golden dates back to the book of Proverbs in which it states that “The one who guards his mouth preserves his life; the one who opens wide his lips come to ruin”. In essence this means to not speak blasphemy. Still waters run deep pretains to their capacity to bring change and penetrate the hearts of others through the Scorpios physical body image. Words are not necessary to change and manipulate others. Those merely looking at the physicality of a Scorpio does not need to hear there words (hence silence is golden) but trust is instilled simply looking the prevailing and omnipotent sight of a dominant Scorpio.

This is my take on this phrase, and it is open to interpretation. What I stated could or could not be the correct answer, but this is what I’m inclined to believe.
