Possibly this:
I am able to fire the container, but the container cannot fire me.
or
I am able to put the container in a can, but the container cannot put me in one.
So either way, it’s — “I can (am able to) can (verb, either fire or put in a can) the can (a cylindrical container), but the can (aforementioned container) can not (is not able to) can (same verb as before) me.”
