It’s coincidence. Some might say fate or destiny.

The definition from Webster’s dictionary:

A striking occurrence by mere chance of two or more events at one time.

Wordnet definition:

concurrence: the temporal property of two things happening at the same time; “the interval determining the coincidence gate is adjustable”

Well actually deja vu is when you feel like you’ve done something or said the same exact thing before. So I think this is more of a “speaking of the devil” kind of situation.

Hey i think, “properties being evaluated below market value is a phenomenon unique to apartment buildings”. But it depends what you want to express in the sentence. If you want to be preservative use phenomenon. Or phenomena is like like “being” to something. Other word that would be used “unforeseen event” ……”properties being evaluated below market value is a unforeseen event to unique apartment buildings.” But it your choice and phenomenon is the best.

deja vu is the feeling that you’ve been somewhere or had an experience before that you really haven’t.

“In sync” is what I call thinking of someone as they are thinking of me or I pick up the phone and they are already there b/c they were about to call me.

It might be ‘telepathy’, ‘the ability to send and receive thoughts from one mind to another’.
