What is the difference between turn/switch on/off and put on/out?
I’m learning English. I think these phrasal verbs have all the same meaning. arent they? am I wrong?

Essentially the same, but not quite like it. It depends on the object used.
for example:
turn on/off = usually for appliances, electronic
like turn on/off the lights, computer, television, radio
the same goes for switch on/off
put on = (to) put on (something) = to wear something/clothes
for example:
put on your clothes, hat, shoes, pants, etc.
put out = it essentially means to extinguish
for example:
put out your cigarette, put out the flame, fire

Switch off – relax
Put on – dress in
Put off – postpone
