So, pretty soon you can break it as some letters are used much more than others, q,z,x, etc yet s,e, a, etc are used frequently and a,e,i,o,u,y are always used in 1,2and 3 letter words, so the code if flimsy.

Proper codes rely on one time pads, or book pages for their basis, not simply simply substituting one letter for another.
