It’s from The Honeymooners, the old black-and-white TV show with Jackie Gleason, His character, Ralph Cramden was a bus driver; Audrey Meadows played his wife Trixie. He used to say “Hummina hummina hummina” whenever he was stymied or stuck for words. It’s just gibberish, a made-up word.

Attributed, perhpas incorrectly, to Ralph Cramden on “The Honeymooners,” usually when he was stammering to extricate himself as he was being caught by Alice in one of his schemes.
