Ok say someone wants to tell ya something but they are not exactly sure how you will react..or how to say it..

They might say things like it and try to make you guess.. or lead you to it yourself with phrases etc.. and stalling..

So you tell them quit beating around the bush and just get to the point..

Sorta like that… stalling is the word that describes it best I guess..

You didn’t say how long ago the guy’s engagement was broken but if it’s only been a matter of a few months or less, he’s definitely not prepared for another involvement with a woman. It can take a year or more for someone to recover and come to acceptance and then to move on with life. He might like you, but you truly don’t need to become involved with a wounded man. You can’t fix him… he has to heal on his own.
