Just listen to any politician speak.
It means you can hide your thoughts by carefully choosing the words you use. Like if someone asks, “Do I look fat in this?” you can think they do but you won’t say that and hurt their feelings.

Some people try to drown out their infernal thoughts with constant talking or some people try to delude their own minds by outwardly talking to convince themeselves of a lie. Or if a person perceives that you think a certain way about them, then you would hide that fact by lying to them. Sorry, that’s the best i could do.
