That depends entirely on the context in which the sentence was spoken. If it’s a pool game, it means that the speaker is asserting the right to shoot first (to “break” the rack). If it’s in a retail environment, the speaker may be telling you to go to another employee because they are on break (rest period). There could be a lot more interpretations given other situations.
