it means clean up the mess in aisle five. like in a store

it means that someone spilled or broke something on that aisle of a grocery store, and some employee has to clean it up.

it’s a sound off for management to make sure the spills …breakages…or whatever are resolved…

because when someone comes along and falls and the store does nothing…they will be found negligent for damages sustained in allowing a hazardous and dangerous condition to exist…

now down south in the big easy…our legislature changed the laws in 1992 to place to burden of proof on the person who falls …..i think this was a great law which set a great precedent…

prior to the legislature’s enactment re: slip and falls…..several of our winn dixie and schwegmannn groceries had over 300 slip and fall accidents reported in one day….

no you don’t want to fall in louisiana….
