Go into Control Panel and Transfer.

You need to adjust these settings.

My current settings seem to have no limitations so here they are:

12 uploads allowed at once

12 uploads per user

0 downloads at once

0kb/s upload bandwidth

0kb/s download bandwidth

You can manage these settings to suit yourself. 0 usually means unlimited.

Locally paused means that the download process has been paused on your computer, not the big computer you’re downloading from.
