what does gal-agement mean?
I think it’s an english expression and has something to do with legal representation. I came across it several times on a Jamaican website with regard to a musician’s management/legal team, but it doesn’t make sense to me. Help?

it is just the slang for MANagement. Some idiot in Jamaica has started a trend of ‘womanishing’ some words. eg.
MANdeville —> not referred to as GAL-deville
MANchester —> referred to as GAL-chester.
it is just plain idiotic….I have to listen to it everyday.

i think it’s just a silly way to try to take the sexism out of the word management. gal-agement.
like why is it manipulate? why not womanipulate?
