I come across the saying “Brazilian Girls Are Easy” many times when surfing web, I wonder what that means, is that kinda offensive?

I would say that is probably offensive, especially if you are a Brazilian girl. What they are saying is that Brazilian girls are easy to get in bed essentially. It is a pointless and destructive stereotype like all others, hardly ever right in any sense.

It would definitely be pretty offensive to a Brazilian girl. It means that they are easy to get together with, and most of the time when someone says it they mean sexually. I wouldn’t recommend repeating this to anyone haha.
