To a great extent this, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder, or the possible beneficiary.

If women are discussing husband candidates, those “having a lot to offer” would be (possibly) spiritual, funny, happy, handsome, healthy, intelligent, dependable, loving, employed, (for some) rich.

If men are discussing wife candidates, they might say beautiful, friendly, pretty, caring, shapely, smart, gorgeous, able to cook, hot, thrifty, hot, etc. ; >

If an employer is considering an applicant, he might note these qualities: educated, experienced, attentive, talented, authoritative, confident, punctual, organized.

An applicant considering an employer might consider the following as “a lot to offer”: thorough training, mentor program, team approach, good salary, 401(k), good insurance, opportunity for advancement.

It is difficult to think of one word. It almost needs a combination of two or more words, generous, kind, honest, strong, and intelligent, maybe? Or generous and wealthy? How about wise? Sagacious? Erudite?

This link might help you think about options.
