What you are describing is someone who is indifferent, uncaring, apathetic, unsympathetic, unmoved. Take a minute to look up synonyms or in a Thesaurus you can get more words that catch the meaning, these are just off the top of my head. Hope it helps.

Indifferent is the word you’re looking for. Ambivalent suggests you have feelings both ways and therefore can’t decide. Indifferent means you could care less either way. Apathetic could also work.
