Verb tense?
“I was almost in tears when I was saying that I would never forget them and was going to miss them more than they could imagine.”
in this sentence I use “and” to join “would never forget” and “was going to miss”. what are the tenses of those two verbs.

future tense but the second is in the present contiuous form.
mainly used for advanced planned actions ‘sth you are sure of happenning in the future’
