It’s Latin, known as a “Lorem Ipsum”, and is standard text used to test and demonstrate visual layouts. Cicero wrote it. The literal translation:

“Nor again is there anyone who loves or pursues or desires to obtain pain of itself, because it is pain, but because occasionally circumstances occur in which toil and pain can procure him some great pleasure. To take a trivial example, which of us ever undertakes laborious physical exercise, except to obtain some advantage from it? But who has any right to find fault with a man who chooses to enjoy a pleasure that has no annoying consequences, or one who avoids a pain that produces no resultant pleasure?”

It means merol muspi rolod tematis, reutetcesnoc gnicsipida lite, des miad merol. It’s not that hard to understand. All you got to do is think. The phrase is saying in english “What you see is not all you get” Believe me or you can just take advice for someone who says they don’t know and don’t care, HEY JUST LIKE ME!!!!
