The word for ‘specialized language’ or ‘clique language’.?

For example, there might be a group of musicians, fisherman, or scientists, all talking in english but each group might get into some technical talk which is specific to their field which others wouldn’t understand.

A lot of times you might buy a book about something and it will advertise itself as written in a non-(the word) way in order to assure you that it’s easy to understand.

Thanks for any help.
