The curriculum vitae, also known as a “vita” or CV, is an account of your academic credentials and experience.

The Latin term curriculum vitæ (often abbreviated CV) means, “the course of one’s life or work.”

In most of the US the unaccented form is preferred.

I suggest the following amendments:- Personal Profile – DELETE the whole thing – Employers do NOT want to see this on a CV. Key Skills – DELETE the whole thing – Employers do NOT want to see this on a CV. Work Experience/Employment goes AFTER Education. Education – list the postal address of your school(s). And EVERY exam you have done needs to be listed, with the grade (no matter how bad). Achievements – DELETE this section – as employers do NOT want to see this on any CV.
