Presidential Quotes?

this is along the lines of my last question, but i need some more answers for my english class. I’m searching for a powerful quote that allows the reader to dig deep in order to find a moving meaning… I figured a presidential quote would do that for me. However, if you have a quote that perplexes the mind and is not spoken by a president, it is welcome as well.. thanks for all your answers!
