please complete this sentence with proper words?

“I hereby certify that I have carefully inspected the hall, and the alterations reveals that extensive efforts were exerted to……….” (i wana say to make such a great thing but i know it doesn’t sound right!! help)))

i’m havin a hard time writing this business report so will u guys be kind and help me, correct and complete this sentence…

also in this sentence i said my own point of view, in the next one i need to point out the point of view of RRT firm! so how can i refer to them in a very formal and accurate way??

I think the sentence is unnecessarily long. You might say “….inspected the hall and found the alterations to be completely satisfactory.”

The rest of the MBA-talk may impress the choir; but it leaves the congregation cold and the collection plate empty.

…extensive efforts were exerted to bring results surpassing the initial requirements (if this is true). Or,

…extensive efforts were exerted to produce results that are sound and durable. Or,

…extensive efforts were made to produce results we can all be proud of.
