My teacher gets mad at me because i wrote korne (corn) on my folder at school and now she calls me corny.?
she calls me as an insult every day. what should I do?

I’d have to go with those that say report her. If you have a guidance counselor, I’d start there and ask for help or company in letting her know you don’t like it.
Or if there is another protocol in place, use that. Been a long time since I was in school and so much has changed.
She is completely wrong in belittling you if that is her motive, but keep in mind, she may not realize the affect she’s having on you. She may think she’s found a fun way to connect with you. Ok ok.. yes.. grups (grownups) can be stupid.

make an appointment with the principal or counselor and explain that she’s making you self concious by calling you “corny”. To me it doesn’t seem like a bad thing to be called. To me corny comes across more silly than anything, but I do think it’s how someone says a word more than the word itself.
If you think you can, you can talk to her after class about it.

Your teacher has many new people to remember and she must do it quickly. By finding something that sets you apart from everyone else (like being corny because it’s on your folder) she is able to remember you. She probably does not remember your name yet, so it’s just a little something to use to remember you by. Eventually she will learn your name.
If it continues for longer than a week, then you should say this “Ms. ______, would you please address me by my name?” Then follow up with “Thank you very much Ms. ______.”

talk to her after class expain to her its a band if that is why you wrote and you dont feel confortable with her commenting on it. if she doesnt stop or makes you feel stupid then, you go to the principal and rat the b out..

Ignore her act like you don’t hear her when she says it. I’ve had teachers like that in the past, immature and on the same level as the kids she or he teaches.
