More to love is often said by overweight people, because they are larger than average, there is more body mass to love.
I suppose, if you really don’t like the person there’s more of them to dislike as well.

It’s a jokey way of turning a negative into a positive.
So I’m overweight – that just means there’s more of me to love!
So I’m stinky – at least that means I can’t sneak up on you!

If people are tall or overweight, they might refer to themselves that way because there would be more of them to love – taller body – bigger body = more to love!
