The direct object is “her brother’s book” and the indirect object is “me”.
Quick tip: when in doubt omit one of the objects and if the meaning is complete that means the object which is not omitted is the direct object and the other one is the indirect one:
Marlah lend me. ( what did she lend you?)
Marlah lend her brother’s book.
