General consensus seems to be that most of the SMS riddles coming out of India are either mis-translations or are absolutely bogus, with no answer at all (first source below.)

“Chathuringmes” is not found in any dictionary or search engine, except in reference to this riddle. I’ve not found one source with any reference to the word that doesn’t cycle back to either the riddle or a question about the riddle. Hence I feel it is bogus.

Edit: The clue is (and has been) mislettered. There really is a worm called “Chaetognathas” which probably could have been found more easily if the original ‘riddler’ (not *this* asker) had spaced the clue out correctly. (Sources 2 & 3 below.)
