Is this correct?~~~~~?

That’s good. Yeah, I think it’s not a good idea to rush into things when you’re oblivious of your future career plans.

Does this sound ok? and not dumb or mean?

I would use “unsure” instead of “oblivious” (oblivious is too strong of a word and may come off a little rude).

Also, if you want to be grammatically correct, there should be “that” after “think” (“I think that it’s…”).

I hope that this helps. Good luck!

Previous answers OK. But if you need to use the word oblivious – it is oblivious TO, not oblivious OF

Dont use the word “oblivious” as it seems to suggest that the person is stupidly unaware. You could perhaps rather say, “unsure of”.

I would drop the ‘Yeah’

“Being that you are unsure of your future career plans it would be inadvisable to rush things at this point”
