If you tell someone that they’re your b**** then you’re trying to say you own them or say you have some power over them.
Ex. Johnny- Why did you make Steve get your juice? You could have gotten it yourself.
Joe- Because Steve’s my b****, he does whatever I tell him too.
Johnny- Man, that’s messed up.
Also, some men use this expression to describe their girlfriends or girls they are intimate with(most respectable girls will not be seen with such fellows, btw)
Ex. Paul- Ay, Ken who was that girl your were with?
Ken- Pssh. That’s my ***** Lisa. She give it to me on the regular
