As the other answerers have said, the term your psychologist used was FACADE. It’s not really a psychological term technically. One of the more common uses of the term FACADE is in reference to the front of a building. In dense downtown areas where the buildings are all tightly built next to each other the front of the building or FACADE has no structural value, it bears no weight and is only rather loosely connected to the real building behind it. The building FACADE can be easily removed without damaging the integrity of the building and it can be replaced with some other kind of FACADE. The real value of the building FACADE is ornamentation, to make the building look grand and inviting. The real substance of the building is just a bunch of floors stacked one upon another. So, when your psychologist says you live behind a FACADE, he is saying you put on a good face that makes what is really inside seem a lot more appealing and in good shape.

Does this help?

English… it must be the devil’s language… oh, look! Devil spelled backward is lived! And look spelled backward is kool! Yeah, it’s the work of jebus… which is subej spelled backward… They’re just words (well, except for jebus and subej!) that have evolved over the years into the English language. Every word can be spelled backward… doesn’t mean it has a secret meaning.

Denial?

But that is not even close to “fisod.”
