I think a lot of lazy people use the Internet as an excuse not to use the things that they should have learned in school. For instance, do they not teach punctuation, grammar, and spelling in school anymore? If you want to succeed in business today, you need some of these skills. And, if I made any errors here. it is because I have been out of school for many, many years, and may have forgotten some of the rules.

I see presumably educated people in the business field do that. You’d think that since they work in business they would use punctuation and proper sentence structure, and at work they probably do, but then maybe they figure that when they’re just goofing around they shouldn’t have to.

It is annoying. How can someone expect to be understood? Somehow, a few have apparently found jobs writing the instructions for boxed purchases that require assembly. I see it there too. America IS dumbing down.

Oh, I hate it. I hate the slang: “ne” instead of “any” or “no1” rather than “no one”. Don’t people understand how difficult it is to sort through all of the garbage they write?
