You walk into a McDonald’s in Russia and ask for their Big Mac with fries and a drink and they will understand that you have just said that you would like to eat poo and urine and have pain after you eat.
Ooops! you wanted to know how to say urinate and not urine – You can still ask for the above but instead replace the drink with a shake. (It is a universal common truth that everyone knows you need to shake “it” after you urinate.) They will understand.
