It’s not easy for me, so when changing circumstances lead other people to change, I do as well.

How about a totally new sentence?

Things change, people change. Must we all change in the same way at the same time? Change is difficult for some; perhaps they are not ready. Each person should feel comfortable when making changes. There is, or should be, no disgrace in being slower or quicker than others to change.

“It’s not easy for me when things change. When things and people change, I change too.”

All the hences and thuses are out of place and are used to show something is a result of something else.

Also, the question should be, “how do I make this sentence easier to understand?” using “more” and “easier” together is redundant and sounds silly.

Even though it may be difficult for me to handle, I change when those around me change.

But be sure to add in which ways you change, the people change, and why it isn’t easy for you.
